The final three performances by Skibbereen Theatre Society of the hilarious black comedy, “A Wake in the West” by Michael Joe Ginnelly, at Skibbereen Town Hall have been fixed for the end of next week.

This side-splitting comedy has proven the ideal antidote to all the current doom and gloom, so demand for tickets for the shows on Thursday 25th, Friday 26th and Sunday, March 28, should be high. Directed by Fachtna O’Driscoll, who also plays a small part on stage, the cast of nine also includes Siúin Hurley, Carmel O’Driscoll, Hilda Hegarty, Stephanie Price, John McDonnell, Donagh Long, Micheál Hurley and Paul Moriarty.
